Productized Video Strategy

A video strategy you can test, measure, and run.

You walk away with a written video plan your team can actually run: what to make, who owns it, how it gets published, and how you'll know it's working. We build it with you in about three weeks, so you stop making video on gut feel.

$8,000one-time

Flat $8,000. About 3 weeks, usually 2-3 sessions. You do almost no prep.

Best for

B2B teams that know video should matter, but need the decisions written down before they spend more on production or ask busy experts to show up on camera.

What's included

  • A written video strategy guide your team owns and runs, without re-deciding the same things every shoot
  • All 15 strategy decisions made and documented, from goals and audience through measurement and budget
  • A pre-purposing workflow that turns one recording into video, audio, blog, newsletter, outreach, and AI-readable assets
  • A crawl/walk/run roadmap so you know exactly what to make next, at the pace and budget you choose
  • A 6-page sample strategy you can download right now, so you see the shape of the work before we talk

How it works

What the three weeks look like.

  1. Week 1

    Intake and discovery

We pull what you already know: your goals, your experts, your buyers, and what you've tried before. You do almost no prep. We bring the questions.

  2. Week 2

    Working sessions

Two to three live sessions where we make the open decisions together, the 15 components, in plain language. No homework, no big reveal at the end.

  3. Week 3

    Your strategy guide

You get the written plan plus the crawl/walk/run roadmap for what to make next. It's yours to run, with us or without us.

Common concerns, answered

The questions buyers ask before they say yes.

Isn't $8,000 a lot to spend before any video is made?
It's the cheapest part of your video budget. If your team is about to spend real money on production, gear, or executive time, the strategy is the part that decides whether any of that pays off. The roadmap also means you never commit to spend you can't measure.
Am I just paying for a document?
You're paying for the decisions inside it, made together and written down so your team stops re-deciding them at every shoot. The guide is just where those 15 decisions live so the work can start. It ends with "here's how this gets made," not "good luck."
We'll get a strategy and then nothing happens. How is this different?
That's the failure mode we built against. The crawl/walk/run roadmap gives a defined next step at every level of commitment, including handing the engine back to us to run. And it's built with you in the sessions, so there's nothing you're seeing for the first time at the end.
Can't AI just write a video strategy now?
AI writes a generic strategy in seconds. It can't sit in a workshop with your team, make the calls that fit your company, or build a pipeline tied to your real channels and people. A big part of this strategy is making your content AI-readable so engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity cite you. We use AI inside the engine. The strategy points it at your business.

Ready

A documented, testable video strategy your team can run — what to make, who owns it, how it gets measured, and how it can grow.

Optional next step (not the $8,000)

After the strategy: crawl, walk, run.

The $8,000 buys the strategy. These monthly engines are the optional Phase 2 you can run once it's written down, with us or on your own. Real client strategies are confidential, so these are three anonymized shapes Phase 2 can take.

Company A

Crawl

Small

$1,500

/ month

The problem

A boutique firm with deep expertise and no public presence. The founder knew the material cold. Nobody outside their network did.

What they did

Start with one monthly recording and weekly thought-leadership posts. Consistency before scale.

What they make

  • 1 long-form video
  • 3 short-form clips
  • Blog + newsletter from the transcript

Weekly shorts
Your time
~2 hrs/mo

Company B

Walk

Medium

$5,000

/ month

The problem

An established player losing visibility. Competitors were showing up everywhere they used to own, and pipeline was slipping.

What they did

Step up to a steady multi-format cadence and test relentlessly to find what actually lands.

What they make

  • 2 episodes + 6-8 shorts
  • Podcast audio + blog posts
  • Email + newsletter testing
Cadence
2-3x / week
Your time
~5 hrs/mo

Company C

Run

Large

$20,000

/ month

The problem

A growth-stage team with long sales cycles and buyers who needed trust before the first call.

What they did

Build a full visible-expert engine plus a flagship film, so prospects show up already convinced.

What they make

  • Near-daily multi-show slate
  • Quarterly flagship film
  • Full pre-purposing + optimization

FAQ

Common questions.

Why $8,000 and not custom?
Because the answer should be "yes" or "no," not "depends." The flat number means we focus on the work, not the proposal.
Why strategy first? Why not just hire an agency and start making videos?
An agency makes what you tell it to make. Without a strategy you're paying production rates to guess, which is how teams end up with a folder of nice videos and no pipeline. This sprint is what makes any production spend, including ours, actually return something. It also tells us what your ongoing program should cost, which can be anything from a no-cost recurring series to fuller production.
We tried video before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most "video didn't work" stories are missing measurement, cadence, or a pipeline, three of the 15 things this nails down. Video without a strategy is a cost, not a channel. The free 15-minute session is the place to look at what you tried and tell you straight whether strategy is the gap.
Our experts are too busy and hate being on camera.
That's the most common reason video stalls, so it's exactly what the strategy solves. Roles, cadence, and a pre-purposing workflow are built so one recording from a busy expert becomes a month of assets. On-camera performance and authenticity are two of the 15 components because most experts aren't natural presenters. We design around real people and real calendars.
Is this confidential?
Your real strategy is yours. We do not publish client strategy documents. The sample guide on this page is a fictional, anonymized example so you can see the shape of the work before we talk.
How is this different from the Cohort?
The Cohort teaches the framework in a group. The Strategy Sprint is 1:1, built around your company, and produces your actual operating plan.
