HP asked us to help make a powerful and dramatic video to pump up the crowd of 10,000 people at a convention in Barcelona. The idea was to have a shot of one of their VPs riding on a real-life hover board shown on the gigantic monitor before he came out on stage. We knew we could do better. By storyboarding and planning out a shot sequence, with dramatic lighting, slow motion (and, yes, even a smoke machine) we created a killer edit that blew their socks off. Watch and see if you agree. Sound design was at least half of the impact. It still sends shivers up the spine!
